We only use material from 3M to make our skins which is of world class quality both when it comes to feel and look as well as for adhesive properties.
How do I attach the skin to my product?
Simply follow our instruction video on wiqqy.com/how-to-apply. A similar procedure can be followed for all our products.
Can I use the skin with a screen protector?
Sure, a screen protector is a perfect complement to also protect the screen of your phone.
How do I return a product?
Simply send us a message on support@wiqqy.com and we will provide you with a return label that you can use to send it back to us.
What if am not happy with the product?
We have a generous 30 days money back gurantee. If you are not happy with your product or want to return it for any reason you can do it within 30 days of delivery with a full refund, no questions asked.
I want a skin for a product you don´t have. What do I do?
We are always working to expand supported phones and other products so keep an eye out for updates or contact us and tell us which product you want a skin for.
What is the delivery time?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Thereafter it depends on the courier used and you location. Typically it will take an additional 1-3 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Klarna and Swish.
What is the delivery cost?
All shipment of products to the customer is free of charge.

We ship to most countries in Europe at this point but we are working at further expansion.
